On July 6 we hosted our first guinguette! It was a great success, with 250-300 people enjoying the sound of gypsy guitars. In the second part, the Red Phoenix duo set the chateau courtyard alight with their hit songs, and the public went wild! Maison Goodman the catering company, had prepared delicate tapas, which were a great success. In the second half, we served charcuterie and cheese to feed hungry stomachs, coming straight from Gilles’ P’tite Cave in Ornaison.

In line with its commitment to organic farming, Famille Fabre is also exploring a new trend in responsible tourism: Slow Tourism.
In a society where speed and futility are the watchwords, it is our duty to offer you authentic, immersive and slow experiences.
This is where Slow Tourism comes in. Inspired by the Slow Food movement in Italy (https://slowfood.fr), this new trend is an art of travelling slowly, taking in the surrounding nature and cultural heritage, but also favoring encounters with the locals.
That’s why, we offer historical visits of the Château and its 14th century underground cellar, walking tours in the heart of the Mediterranean scrubland with explanations on the components of our terroir, or to come and taste our delicious wines in the cellar of the Château de Luc accompanied by the winemaker himself.

Live tasting is an activity set up by Romain & Jeanne. Its purpose is to get closer to customers despite the current health crisis.
This remote reception consists in discovering Famille Fabre, the wines of Languedoc and its appellations, but also to learn about wine tasting with winegrowers. Bottles are sent in advance to enable participants to taste the organic wines.

Come and immerse yourself in the life of a Corbières winemaker, at Château de Luc, the family’s stronghold ! It is now possible to sponsor Famille Fabre vines and participate in the elaboration of our new vintage.
Through several workshops (vineyard walks, harvest, winemaking, food and wine pairing, etc.), you will become a true expert on AOC Corbières wines, the history of the Languedoc and organic farming. Involved since 1991, organic viticulture is an obvious choice for Louis Fabre, a pioneer in this region. You will find a fine example of our commitment in this recent article here.
Discover the winemaker’s job: spend half a day with Jeanne & Romain and learn more about our wines, but also about the climate, the terroir, the geology, the grape varieties, the appellations, etc… Everything that shapes our wine!
Discover the harvest: with our team, take part for a moment in the harvest of the future vintage and discover our different cellars. This morning will end with a delicious meal in the park or in the authentic kitchen (depending on the weather) made by Maison Goodman.
Discovering the vintage: let’s meet one last time (before the next one) for a blending workshop and an introduction to wine tasting. At the end of the day, you will receive your bottles labelled with your name, as well as a diploma from Covigneron.
