Vinification :
both grape varieties are vinified using direct pressure followed by traditional methods.

Tasting : pale robe with salmon highlights. Nose is salty, full and complex with notes of tart fruits. Chewy palate with hints of rose petals, litchi and peaches.

Pairing :
baked oysters, grilled lobster or shrimp.

Garde :
1 to 3 years.

8° – 12°C.
