Mourvèdre et Grenache
The Mouvèdre is vinified using direct pressure and in stainless steel tanks where we can control the temperature during fermentation. The two grape varieties are then brought together for the ageing process.
3 months in oak barrels which gives the wine aromas of abricot and caramel. 2000 bottles per year.
Notes of fresh hazelnut cream, rose petal and spices. It is mineraly on the palate with hints of redcurrant.
Tuna tartare, avocado, and mango
1 to 5 years min.
8° to 12°C.
