Syrah, carignan, grenache, mourvèdre

Vinification :
destemming and crushing of the Syrah with no SO2 during twenty day thermo regulated maceration. Maceration of whole grapes of the Carignan, Grenache and Mourvèdre.

Tasting :
ruby robe with shades of violet. The nose is intense and full of tapenade, fennel and spices. It is concentrated and silky on the palate, spicy with hints of morellos. A strong finish, notes of sandalwood and black fruits.

Pairing :
grilled lamb shanks or steak tartare.

Garde :
4 to 5 years.

Service :
de 16° à 18°C.
