Roussane, grenache blanc, marsanne
Vinification :
the Roussanne and Marsanne are partly vinified in oak, then blended with Grenache Blanc. The juice is then matured and stirred on fine lees.
Tasting :
pale gold with notes of honeysuckle, cedar, lemon zest, and grilled almonds. Complex and structured palate with minerality and a hint of white flowers. Lingering finish that is full and fresh.
Pairing :
lasagna, goat cheese, fish in hollandaise sauce.
Garde :
4 to 5 years.
Service :
8° – 12°C.
