Le Rendez-Vous de la Famille Fabre is an alcohol-free wine that stays true to the spirit and standards of a real wine: organically grown grapes, natural fermentation, and authentic aromatic expression.
HOW IS IT MADE? The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and cold-pressed to preserve their full aromatic richness. The juice then undergoes a natural fermentation process. Once the desired balance is achieved, the wine is de-alcoholized through low-temperature vacuum evaporation. This gentle technique preserves the wine’s delicate aromas and character. We then add a light sparkle to enhance freshness, brightness, and vibrancy on the palate.
