The time has come to share the life, the dreams and the favorites things of a winemaker, by the time of a lunch.

We will walk together towards our favorite viewpoint, at the top of the Mourrel de Luc, to observe the local fauna and flora, typical of the Mediterranean scrubland.

Once at the top of the hill, we will talk about the importance of the terroir, with a majestic glimpse of the geological and climatic contrasts that shape the Corbières.

Finally, we will enjoy our gourmet picnic in plots of vines planted in the heart of the pine forest, a magical place, far from the beaten track.

PROGRAM

2:00 pm : Departure for an easy 1 hour hike (take good shoes and a windcheater), with explanations on all the components of our wine terroir (climate, geology, botany, grape varieties and cultivation methods).

3:00 pm : Panoramic viewpoint and 360° landscape reading.

3:30 pm : Tasting of our organic wines with local charcuteries and cheeses.

4:30 pm : Return to the cellar of Château de Luc and possibility to buy the wines of the Fabre family tasted previously.

35.00 Euros in total per person, including meals.
