Les Amouries – limited cuvee to 2000 bottles – is launched with 2019 vintage. “This still youthful wine is a serious rosé which benefitted from decanting, and not serving too cold, to raise it from being a good, structural, oaked wine to one with amazingly perfumed aromas and gorgeously ripe wild raspberry fruit with hints of garrigue filling the glass. The tight oak structure retains its weight and control while long fresh acidity gives vivacity. A rosé which will age well, developing further complexity and an example of just how exciting rosé can be when treated as a premium wine.
