Vinification process : In stainless steel tanks, with temperature control during fermentation. Cold stop of fermentation, to retain a slight sweetness. The wine is then de- alcoholized by vacuum distillation.

Tasting : 
Eye | Pale yellow color with golden highlights.
Nose | Intense abricot notes, ginger and citrus.
Mouth | Silky mouthfeel, white-fleshed fruit. Delicate bubbles.
Finish | Balanced, soft and fresh.

Food and wine pairing : Aperitif, with ceviche or fresh fruit salad.
