This year, the market welcomes Copain Cochon, a family-run agroecological farm from the Hautes Corbières mountains.
🌿 From Farm to Table
Copain Cochon raises pigs, sheep, and lambs in total outdoor freedom, with love and respect for nature and animal welfare.
All their products are 100% organic and locally sourced.

Whole roasted pig cooked slowly in the oven,
