2023 Famille Fabre Corbieres Chateau De Luc Les Jumelles Blanc R AT I N G 91
Medium golden in color, the 2023 Corbières Château De Luc Les Jumelles Blanc is fresh, crisp, and textured. The 70% Grenache and 30% Roussanne, aged for five months in new barrels with stirring of the fine lees, blend into a lemony, spicy bouquet with notes of lemon balm, white peach, pear, garden herbs, lime blossom, verbena, and a hint of licorice. The fairly long finish is enhanced by a refreshing hint of bitterness. Very nice now, it will continue to evolve well over the next 5 years. Drink 2025-2030.

2020 Famille Fabre Corbieres Chateau Fabre Gasparets Les Amouries Rose R AT I N G 93
The 2020 Corbières Château Fabre Gasparets Les Amouries Rosé is a single-vineyard rosé from the Le Pinada area, located in Boutenac, which has sandstone and rounded pebble soils. Made from 80% Mourvèdre and 20% Grenache, aged for six months in barrels on fine lees with occasional stirring, it is at its best and belongs to the littleknown category of gastronomic rosés with good aging potential. There are notes of candied and dried fruit, dates, dried apricots, and strawberries, but also cinnamon, saffron, cloves, and gingerbread. Quite complex, with a tangy freshness and a long finish, it has body but remains very delicate. This is a delicate rosé that proves that, when carefully crafted, this color can also age gracefully. Superb, unexpected, and ready to drink, it would be a delicious accompaniment to a Moroccan tagine or a slow-cooked fish dish from the islands. Drink 2025-2030.
