This Grenache and Alicante Bouschet blend has a beautiful garnet color with crimson purple notes. Grapes are de-stemmed, and are subjected to a cold pre-fermentation and temperature controlled maceration. This guaranties a well balanced wine, with subtle and fine tannins and a long finish. A lively and quaffable wine, with prominent red fruit notes.
