This cuvee come from our oldest vines, classified Cru Corbières Boutenac..Their deep roots allow the expression of an exceptional terroir. After a manual harvest, the grapes are brought in small wagons to vats where each grape variety is vinified separately, and then aged in new oak barrels. The precise blend of Carignan, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre is concocted right before the wine is bottled. This blend is rich and balanced and has an excellent potential for ageing.

40 % Carignan, 25 % Grenache, 25 % Syrah, 10 % Mourvèdre
The Carignan and Grenache are vinified in whole berries.
The Syrah and Mourvèdre are picked and put into tanks for a period of 25 days.
We give our full attention to this exceptional vintage. A daily tasting allows us to decide how to implement and extract all of its power, while preserving its subtle flavors.
Aged 12 months in French oak barrels.

Long and rich in the mouth, with a hint of orange zest. Tannins are rich, rounded and harmonious.

Decant and serve at 18 ° C. This bottle can be paired with refined cuisine such as stewed game or a ragout of woodcock.
