These high end vines are located on the fantastic terroir of Boutenac, full of quartz, sandstone, limestone and conglomerate soil. This cuvee is made from a blend of our Carignan, Grenache,Syrah and Mourvedre old vines (26-60 years old). The crop is harvested by hand with the help of small iconic wagons.
