This wine was grown on quartz and limestone terrace from Cruscades. Every grape variety of this blend is separately vinified according to its character: Carignan macerates in entire grape while Syrah and Grenache have a long maceration. After blending the various grapes, the wine is aged 12 months in French oak barrels. The delicate nose of blackberry and black olive announce powerful tannins that will delight your taste buds. Chocolate, liquorice and juniper berries.

40 % Syrah , 20 % Carignan, 20 % Grenache, 20 % Mourvèdre
Vinified with whole berries for Carignan and Grenache, and a long maceration period for the Syrah and Mourvèdre.
Temperature regulated maceration for 20 days.
Aged for 12 month in barrels.
Ruby red with purple hues.
An intense nose of black olive tapenade, and spice.
In the mouth, it is a concentrated, silky wine, with spicy aromas of cherry.
The finish is long, with soft tannins enveloped in notes of sandalwood and black fruits.
From 2 to 10 years.
Serve at 18 °C with grilled lamb chops, or steak tartare.
