Clay limestone and rolled pebble soil from Cruscades terrace allow Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Mourvedre full expression. After hand harvesting, the Carignan is exposed to a carbonic maceration, and the others to a traditional vinification. Purple color and full-bodied, this generous and fine Corbières is a spicy and an intense reflect of the Terroir. Delicates aromas of mature Morello cherries and a concentrate of silky flavours.
