From the Terroir « La Grande Courtade » (The Grand Courtyard), with its clay and limestone soil, the grapes are picked at night vinified straight away creating a crisp, round and friendly wine. 100% Sauvignon which offers classic aromas of citrus and exotic fruits. The freshness explodes in the mouth . Best enjoyed served at 10-12°C as an aperitif or with shellfish, oysters or scallops.

The juice is allowed a short period of contact with skins to emphasis aromas, followed by a slow pressing.
