This cuvee’s grapes come from 2 terroirs : Cruscades and Gasparet. A very interesting balance is found in the blend of Muscat and Viognier, harvested during late maturity to offer a great aromatic richness. Fermentation is naturally stopped by cold temperatures to preserve the wine sweetness. The aromatic palate is formed by lychee and white fruits, making this wine savory and silky.

50 % Viognier , 50 % Muscat petit grain.
Night harvest to preserve the freshness and aromas. Slow press with juice selection.
Fermentation in controlled temperature in stainless tank
Pale yellow color with golden tones.
Intense nose of apricot and lychee.
On the palate, the mouthfeel is fresh and silky with notes of white fruit.
The finish note is well balanced, fresh and soft.
From 5 to 10 years.
Drink between 8 to 10°C as an aperitif, before a meal, or with a foie gras, or a fresh fruit salad.
