Vinification :
Traditional vinification in old barrels. The mutation is done under the marc cap with long vatting (over 15 days,) aged for 12 months in French oak barrels with regular topping up of the barrels.

Cuvee :
2000 bottles per year.

Tasting:
Ruby red robe with amber hues. The nose is full of candied red fruits, nuts, quince, and cherry. Buttery on the palate with strong notes of prune and spiced bread. The finish is smooth but with strong tannins.

Pairing :
As an aperitif, or with a chocolate desert or a persil crusted cheese.
